Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be quite small and surprisingly lacking a refrigerator. The breakfast was underwhelming, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the bathrooms were not as clean as expected. However, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very small and had an awful smell during the daily cleaning, especially when the room above the mini market downstairs was being tended to. However, it wasn't a big issue for me as I was mostly out exploring all day.
The hotel offers rooms at a very good price, although they could do with some makeover and were very small. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi connection available inside the room. The service was very welcoming, with free tea and coffee available, and I even had a chance to speak with the manager. The location is convenient, next to the main train station and close to the city center, with brilliant transport links. However, the area felt a bit unsafe at night. The dining options were lacking, and without prior warning, I wouldn't choose to dine at the hotel again.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were big enough for a comfortable stay and very clean, however, it was disappointing to find the room dirty upon my arrival with an empty drink bottle under the bed. The lack of a refrigerator in the extremely small room was surprising.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a working but not great connection, and the strong bad smell was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking with a lot of dust on surfaces and carpets, plus finding a forgotten drink bottle under the bed on arrival. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, with the staff being really nice and patient. The location had its flaws, feeling a bit unsafe at night and being noisy due to construction work nearby, but it was excellent in terms of proximity to the central station and the city center. The dining experience was a mix of good and disappointing moments, although the price was fair for what was offered. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel provided a very basic room for a comfortable stay at a very good price. The bathrooms were not overly clean, but the room itself was big enough for two people.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, though there was a small issue with cleanliness upon arrival. The service varied throughout my stay, with some great interactions but also some less helpful experiences. The location was convenient, close to the main train station, with good bars nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities provided were satisfactory.
The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to Munich Central Station with easy access to the city center and surrounded by various food options. The rooms offer basic comfort for good value, despite some cleanliness issues like a bad smell and dusty surfaces. The service is friendly and accommodating, although there were some unexpected charges. The dining experience is simple but satisfying for the price paid, with a variety of food choices available. Overall, the facilities meet expectations, providing necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel had an awful smell in the room which made my stay uncomfortable, and for the price of around €80 per night during the off-peak season, I expected better value. The service seemed careless, especially regarding the internet access. However, the location was great as it was close to everything, and there were fantastic Turkish/Lebanese restaurants nearby.
The hotel had some drawbacks with its small, outdated, and unclean rooms, lack of refrigerators, poor breakfast, and weak Wi-Fi. The dim lighting made it hard to find space for luggage. However, the service was acceptable with the offer of internet access coupons. The location was convenient, especially for Oktoberfest attendees near the central train station. The dining options were decent, although with limited selection, and the facilities were adequate for an average stay.
